Old School

My cousin, Amy, came to visit this weekend with her sweet angel baby girl, Mattie. Two babies under 6.5 months! We had such a good time but I realized twins would have probably killed me. Even with one mom per baby, plus Chris here helping out, it was a ton of work. 

Amy and I were talking about bathing babies at one point, and she told me she bathes Mattie old school in the kitchen sink. I'd never really considered it since we have a newfangled plastic foldaway bathing contraption that fits in the tub. Amy pointed out that you don't hurt your back with the sink style bathing since you don't have to bend over. BRILLIANT! Its amazing how sad my 32 year old knees feel these days. So I decided to try it tonight, and voila, here is a happy little baby and my knees are just fine, well at least not any more pained.
